Dr. Ashley Bucklin grew up in Bellevue, WA with her large family and her first golden retriever, Allie, who sparked her love for animals. She attended college and veterinary school at Tufts University and Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine respectively then moved back to the Seattle area to practice and be near her family again.

Dr. Bucklin joined the veterinary team at Animal Hospital of Newport Hills in 2022. Her special interests include Surgery and Canine Behavior and she is fear free certified. In her free time she enjoys hiking and trail running with her golden retrievers Penguin and Nala as well as her partner David.
